Aviation Career Enrichment (ACE), a non-profit organization, was established on November 22, 1980 by Julius Alexander. ACE’s weekend academy exposes its participants to the many career opportunities available in the airline and aerospace industry. For 45 years, ACE has had the privilege of training young people from 9 to 18 years of age through the founder’s lifetime vision and commitment on Saturdays. Under the guidance of the late Julius J. Alexander, the Georgia Aviation Hall of Famer’s vision, more than 3,500 young aviators have come through ACE, with at least 90% of them moving on to training and entering the field of aviation.

Though the dedication of the ACE Volunteers, ACE alumni can be found in the military, major airlines, mechanics and avionics, flight instruction, and corporate entities. The goal of ACE is for students to receive ground instruction to prepare them for their solo flight by the age of 16, which will then lead to flight instruction preparation for their private pilot license by the age of 17. ACE is proud of their alumni who have come back to support the organization and help lead the way for future aviators.

Meet CEO,

Captain Patrick Alexander, Sr.

While I loved working in-house as an executive coach for many years, I became passionate about the idea of helping more small businesses succeed. When I met Rose, I knew the opportunity had finally arrived. We quickly bonded over our desire to work with entrepreneurs, and within the year Bloom Coaching was born. We now have the pleasure of working with aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs from all over the world.
